With 1 Coordinator – from £1,000
Support begins 4 weeks before the event, including 2 virtual planning meetings, supplier coordination and contract review, timeline and logistics planning, and full on-the-day coordination (8 hours, flexible at extra cost). Travel is available at an additional cost.
With 2 Coordinators – from £1,200
Includes all the above plus dual coverage on the day, venue set-up and styling support, guest liaison and troubleshooting handled separately from supplier management. Travel is available at an additional cost.
